The Learning and Teaching Strategy has four themes:
1) recruiting and supporting staff in the provision of a high quality learning environment;
2) promoting a high quality learning and teaching experience by institutionalising quality improvement
3) developing the curriculum to produce a high quality portfolio of programmes
4) managing the learning and teaching environment and infrastructure.
